NAAU Artist Talk at “The Hook Up” Show
Jun 23rd, 2007 by Brad
Artists from THE HOOK UP discussed their work at the NAAU (922 SE Ankeny St, Portland, OR) this Saturday. It was good to see the artists with their work describing some of their ideas and processes.
I took a few snaps. I saw Jeff Jahn videoing this, maybe he’ll post the the video or at least a podcast?
Brenden Clenaghen describing his work.

I also ran into my friend, Erik Palmer there as well. If you haven’t seen his work, go to the Portland Art Museum and see two of his “Bang Comics!” images works that are part of the permanent collection. Two weeks ago I saw them again up on the PAM walls.
The funniest line of the afternoon was Brenden’s, “…when is Installation Awareness Day” 🙂
