Upcoming Houston FotoFest 2008 Portfolio Reviews & Exhibitions

Next week I head to attend Houston FotoFest2008. I will try to cover various shows as well as try to give a day-by-day account of what I see from the photographers point of view in the portfolio review sessions (The Meeting Place). It will be an insider’s view of a portfolio review.
Note: If you have review sessions you can not attend Please let me know. I had signed up for reviews but I am only on the waiting list. I wouldn’t mind getting some official reviews.
I attended FotoFest 2006 in Houston, and I found it to be very helpful to my photographic career.
I’m preparing my portfolio and materials in case I do get a chance for formal or informal reviews. I’m also trying to follow the suggestions I wrote in the posting “Edit thyself: Hints for FotoFest photographers or any other artist“
