Brad in October Mark Woolley 1st Thursday Group Show

I’m have a new 40″x30″ photograph that is part of the “Be Blue (Sky)” group show at Mark Woolley’s new downtown gallery (817 SW 2nd Ave, Portland OR) . This should be fun, I hope to see you there! Here are a couple of tips: First *wear blue clothing* to the opening (seriously, have fun). Second sample a blue cosmo!
This group show is to celebrate the color celebrate the color “blue”. Not as in “blue†(depressed) but as in “BLUE SKY†(i.e. “He’s so ‘blue sky’: open, vibrant, true, contagiously enthusiastic).

This month I’m also in another group show: “5th Around Oregon Annual” at Artcentric in Corvallis OR. The curators for this show were Stephanie Wiarda, Gail and Stan Beppu of Beppu Gallery (319 NW 9th, Portland, OR). Portland artist Grace Weston, whom I met at Photolucida 2007 also has work in this show. An opening reception will be held from 5:30-7pm Friday, Oct. 5. The exhibition runs September 27 through October 25 from 12-5pm.
