There is something eerie and otherworldly in Brad Carlile’s immaculate photographs. The prints in Tempus Incognitus show hotel rooms around the world photographed on slide film. Long exposures impart a richly saturated, thoroughly unnatural, and perversely arousing panoply of hues.
