Fotofest Portfolio Reviews: Day 1
Mar 7th, 2008 by Brad
Reviews:
Today was the first day of the FotoFest review sessions they call “The Meeting Place.” This is a chance fine art photographers to show their work in 1:1 20 minute interviews with curators, publishers, collectors, & others. There is an international mix of reviewers.
I find that many those who have shown their work at other photography reviews still get nervousness of the 1st time attendees. There is an amazing mix of people to show work too and always an apprehension of showing new series.
FotoFest Exhibitions:
FOTOFEST2008 starts tonight, Friday, March 7 with a public Opening Night Party at our downtown headquarters at Vine Street Studios, 1113 Vine Street, map (I-10 at N. Main).
